The address of the vicarage is – The Vicarage, School Hill, Stoke Gabriel, Totnes, TQ9 6QX.

Parking in the village can be a problem especially during the busy holiday season. There is a car park for the Church House Inn (TQ9 6RX), which is actually opposite the Castle Inn and for which payment is required. If however you are attending a service in church or are visiting the Church House Inn, then you can park freely in the car park by registering your vehicle registration number in the Church House Inn. Otherwise, on-road car parking is available in School Hill (TQ9 6ST), Paignton Road (TQ9 6SJ), Flood St (TQ9 6RL) and Aish Road (TQ9 6RT), or you may be able to park on the quay adjacent to the River Shack (TQ9 6RD) although charges will apply in high season. The further out from the village centre, the more likely that car parking can be found.

There is no street lighting in the village and a torch may be required in the late afternoon or evening, especially during Greenwich Mean Time.

A regular bus service (Country bus service 125) operates between Paignton and Stoke Gabriel every day other than Sundays with five services each way. Also, on Tuesdays and Fridays, Bob the Bus runs hail and ride services between Totnes and Stoke Gabriel. Timetables are available on the back page of the Parish Magazine.
